| Summary, etc. | RésuméA travers leurs pathologies, les patients psychiatriques interrogent leur rapport au monde et à leur groupe d’appartenance, groupe familial, groupe social. Leurs relations aux autres se remanient profondément lors des moments féconds, mais aussi au détour de ceux-ci, au sein de leur psychisme comme au sein de la réalité. Les différents acteurs du soin mis en place ont à traiter avec les figures parentales intériorisées par le patient, mais aussi avec la famille réelle quand celle-ci est disponible et participe au processus évolutif du patient.A travers un cas clinique d’une jeune patiente schizophrène, le présent article décrit le travail d’accordage de plusieurs équipes au sein d’un dispositif de secteur comprenant un suivi individuel, une thérapie familiale et une séquence de soin institutionnel en hôpital de jour. |

| Summary, etc. | Through their pathologies, psychiatric patients question their relation to the world and their relatedness to the group, family group, social group. Their relations to others are profoundly remodeled at fertile moments, but also around them, inside their psychisms within reality. Different caregivers at hand have to treat the patient’s interiorised paternal figures, but also the real family when they are available and participate in the patient evolutive process.Through the clinical case of a young schizophrenic girl, this article describes working between many teams within a sector dispositive involving individual treatment, family therapy and a sequence of an institutional day care hospital unit. |
