| Summary, etc. | Faced with an increase in the practice of chemsex, the Infectious and Tropical Diseases Department at Hôpital Saint-Louis (AP-HP) took the necessary steps to be able to offer a specialized multidisciplinary care pathway in 2019. Nurses were trained in risk and harm reduction (RdRD) related to chemsex, and awareness-raising was carried out with the entire team to prepare them to treat these users. The department’s doctors identify relevant patients and refer those who are willing to RdRD consultations. As part of these consultations, nurses conduct RdRD interviews with chemsex patients wishing to change or take stock of their consumption practices. At each consultation, the nurse specialist and the user set a RdRD objective, and a personalized action plan is drawn up, helping in particular to manage cravings. The means of action are reassessed at each session, and new objectives are set. Patients are referred to the referring doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or sexologist in the event of comorbidity or other problems. Between September 2019 and September 2023, 264 users attended chemsex consultations and the nurses carried out 1,115 RdRD consultations. A survey conducted in 2021 demonstrated the value of this cross-disciplinary sexual health care pathway available in a single location, facilitating care for chemsex patients. |

| Summary, etc. | Face à l’augmentation de la pratique du chemsex, le service des Maladies infectieuses et tropicales de l’hôpital Saint-Louis (AP-HP) s’est organisé pour proposer un parcours de soins multidisciplinaire spécialisé en 2019. Des infirmières ont été formées à la réduction des risques et des dommages (RdRD) liés au chemsex et l’ensemble de l’équipe a été sensibilisé à la prise en charge de ces usagers. Les médecins du service identifient et orientent les personnes qui le souhaitent vers les consultations de RdRD. Dans le cadre de ces consultations, des soignantes mènent des entretiens de RdRD avec les patients chemsexeurs souhaitant modifier ou faire le point sur leurs pratiques de consommation. À chaque consultation, l’infirmière spécialisée et l’usager fixent un objectif de RdRD, un plan d’action personnalisé est établi, aidant notamment à gérer les cravings. Les moyens d’action sont réévalués à chaque séance et de nouveaux objectifs établis. Le patient est adressé au médecin référent, psychiatre, psychologue ou sexologue en cas de comorbidité ou de problématique identifiée. Entre septembre 2019 et septembre 2023, 264 usagers ont consulté dans le cadre de la consultation chemsex et 1115 consultations de RdRD ont été menées par les infirmières. Une enquête menée en 2021 a démontré l’intérêt de ce parcours de soins en santé sexuelle transverse et disponible en un lieu unique, facilitant le soin des patients pratiquant le chemsex. |
