| Summary, etc. | L’intégration dans une organisation d’un nombre très élevé de nouveaux membres (+65%) fait courir des risques, notamment d’instabilité voire d’éclatement pour cette même organisation. Partant de ce principe systémique, cette étude montre que dans le cas de l’organisation partisane appliqué au Parti socialiste français, ce risque de rupture entre anciens et nouveaux adhérents n’a pas eu lieu lors de l’arrivée massive de nouveaux militants en 2007. Par l’utilisation de l’outil des représentations sociales, l’étude montre que les militants qu’ils soient anciens ou nouveaux (de par leur date d’adhésion) partagent bien les mêmes valeurs centrales de l’organisation. Nous discutons alors la pertinence du cadre des représentations sociales pour analyser les situations de risque interne au sein d’une organisation partisane. |

A study of the integration of new members in te French Socialist PartyThe integration in an organization of a very high number of new members makes run a risk, in particular of explosion for the same organization. From this systematic principle, this study shows that in the case of a political organization, the French socialist Party, this risk of break between old and new members did not take place during the massive arrival of new activists in 2007. By the use of the tool of the social representations, the study shows that the activists that they are old or new share well the same central values of the organization. It shows that the risk of implosion had not grounds for being, at least on the short term. We then discuss the relevance of the social representation’s framework to analyze internal risk situations in a partisan organization. |
