Summary, etc. L’impact de la révolution digitale est magistral. D’après Michel Serres, il ne s’agit pas moins de la troisième révolution de l’Humanité après celle du passage du stade oral au stade écrit, puis celle du stade écrit au stade imprimé. Les outils numériques modifient radicalement notre relation à l’espace, au temps et aux autres. Il y aurait par ailleurs énormément à dire sur les transformations relationnelles provoquées par la révolution numérique. Le développement de l’accès à l’information et des réseaux sociaux renforce l’affaiblissement déjà amorcé de tout système hiérarchique.Dans ce contexte on ne peut plus déstabilisant, comment les acteurs de la conduite du changement doivent-ils se positionner, pris en étaux entre la direction stratégique qui, par nature, décide, et les acteurs du terrain qui revendiquent d’être davantage impliqués dans la conduite du changement ?L’article propose la description et l’analyse d’une nouvelle approche de conduite du changement : le design thinking, processus utilisé par les designers pour innover de manière extrêmement pertinente à partir des usages, qu’ils soient déjà existants ou encore à inventer.

Summary, etc. Analysis of organizational innovation in our digital eraThe digital revolution has a tremendous impact on humanity. According to Michel Serres, it is the third revolution after having shifted from oral to written communication and then from written to printing. The digital tools radically modify our relation to space, time and people. There would be a lot to say on relational transformations raised by the digital revolution. Broad access to information and social networks reinforce the already ongoing diminishing of any hierarchical system.In this destabilizing context, how should actors responsible for conducting change position themselves between the stranglehold of the Board, which by nature makes the decision, and the actors of the field, who would like to be associated to the conduct of change.This paper proposes to describe and analyze an innovative approach applied to change management : Design Thinking, which is the process used by designers to find new solutions based on a user centric approach, considering existing and also future ways of working.
