Summary, etc. | L’article aborde le cas de l’entreprise Energetix qui- comme une grande majorité des autres groupes du CAC 40- se voit désormais confrontée à une remise en perspective de son modèle de GRH à l’aune des changements de paradigmes qu’étaient censés engendrer la réforme des retraites de 2010 et son corollaire d’allongement de la durée de vie au travail. A l’origine de notre questionnement était la pertinence d’un modèle RH segmenté/ calibré par l’âge ainsi que la conception des transformations qu’impliquent sa mise en effectivité. En cela, le cas que nous présentons- résultant d’une étude qualitative longitudinale par entretiens semi directifs/ observation participante dans les unités opérationnelles et au sein de la Direction Générale de l’entreprise- met en relief ce qui fait réellement problème(s) organisationnel(s) en termes de « gestion des âges » d’une part et les pistes d’action qui conviennent au(x) changement(s) dans une perspective équitable et durable d’autre part. |

Summary, etc. | Age management at work: the case study of EnergetixThis paper addresses the case study of the corporate Energetix which - like most of the CAC 40 companies- is now facing the necessity of questioning its Human Resource Management model, given the paradigm changes that were to be generated by the 2010 retirement reforms and their corollary i,e. the increase in lifetime working years. Originally we were interested in investigating the relevance of a segmented HR model based on age, as well the conception of the transformations that its implementation would imply. Such, the case we are presenting – resulting from a qualitative longitudinal study through semi-directive interviews and participant observation within business units and in the midst of the company’s headquarter – is highlighting on the one hand what is really problematic regarding the issue of age management, and on the other hand, the appropriate lines of action for change in order to meet a fair and sustainable end. |
