| Summary, etc. | Depuis plusieurs années, le recours aux plans sociaux est en constante croissance. Ce type de restructuration caractérisé aujourd’hui par le licenciement d’au moins dix salariés sur trente jours au sein des entreprises de cinquante salariés et plus, implique de réels changements organisationnels. Les entreprises font face à des difficultés de mise en œuvre pour respecter la loi (2013) et satisfaire aux parties prenantes internes et externes. En effet la bonne gestion de ce changement est primordiale pour la survie et la pérennité de l’entreprise.Sur la base des travaux de Kotter J.P., de Grouard B. et Meston F. ainsi que d’une observation participante au sein d’une entreprise chimique en plan de sauvegarde de l’emploi (P.S.E), nous avons établi des préconisations managériales pour le cas des restructurations, destinées aux dirigeants et DRH afin de faciliter de futures applications de la loi de 2013 concernant les P.S.E. |

| Summary, etc. | Since several years, the use of social plans is growing steadily. This type of restructuring characterized nowadays by the dismissal of at least ten employees into thirty days in company of fifty employees or more, implies real organizational changes. Companies are facing implementation difficulties to respect the new law (2013) and satisfy internal and external stakeholders. Indeed the proper management and conduct of this change are critical to the company’s survival and sustainability.Based on the studies of Kotter J.P., Grouard B. and Meston F. as well as on a participating observation in a chemical company being restructured, we have established managerial recommendations in case of a restructuring for managers and HR Directors in order to facilitate future applications of the law from 2013 regarding restructurings. |
