Summary, etc. | L’entreprise libérée, La faillite managériale, Lost in management, toutes ces expressions sont des titres de livres mais ne constituent-elles pas des signaux faibles de l’émergence d’une autre forme de management. Héritée du taylorisme le management a construit des pratiques sur le modèle hiérarchique commande/contrôle en associant des boucles participatives. Ce modèle vit-il, sous l’impulsion sociétale et technologique, ses dernières heures ou est-il en train de muter pour servir un système social lui-même en mutation ?L’objectif de cet article est de définir par les pratiques en entreprise ce que nous entendons par « innovation managériale » afin de s’interroger sur les nouvelles formes de management et leur ossature pour proposer non par un nouveau modèle de management mais une manière d’inventer des formes de management dans une logique de coconstruction avec les principaux intéressés. |

Summary, etc. | Managerial innovation: creating or changing management The company released, The managerial bankruptcy, Lost in management, all these expressions are books’ titles, but aren’t they weak signals regarding the emergence of another managerial form ? Mostly inherited from Taylorism perspectives, the actual management practices are built on a hierarchical command / control model while combining participatory loops. Is such a model sustained under societal and technological pulses, are we experiencing its last hours, or is it actually mutating in order to better serve a actually changing social system ?The objective of this article is to define what we mean by “managerial innovation” using organizational practices, in order to consider new forms of management and their structure. Our objective is not in proposing a new model, but in elaborating new and innovative ways to reinvent managerial models in a co-constructive logic based on key stakeholder. |
