520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | In 30 years, change management has become a common practice in most organizations due to the increasing role of changes and the employees’ expectations in terms of support. A historical analysis on the subject shows five distinct paradigms shifts. The most recent one, called “Experiential Paradigm”, shows the limits of the classic and instrumental approaches of organizational change as based on Kanter (1992). Considered too much bureaucratic while not collaborative enough, this model is now much neglected in favor of an agile change management approach. In favoring iterative experiential loops based on participatory workshops and a leadership anchored in change capacity development, agile change now appears as a solution to the most recent issues in change management. |
