| Summary, etc. | Le suicide est la première cause de mortalité en Suisse chez les 15-24 ans. La rencontre avec un adolescent pris dans un mouvement suicidaire est un moment clé. Les auteurs développent le pari de cette rencontre pour aborder la question tendue par l’intention suicidaire de l’adolescent. De cette rencontre, l’Unité de crise (HUG-Fondation Children Action) pour adolescents de Genève va proposer un soin sur mesure. S’intéressant aux pré-requis de la demande d’aide et aux dispositifs de répondance en présence ou à distance actuellement offerts au sein du volet « prévention » de l’Unité, les auteurs considèrent que ces différentes modalités ne peuvent se substituer les unes aux autres, mais qu’il est essentiel de les conjuguer pour qu’une rencontre puisse avoir lieu. |

| Summary, etc. | The question of suicide, the encounter as a wager: some dispositives of prevention around the suicidal movement in adolescenceSuicide is the primary cause of mortality between the ages of 15 to 24 in Switzerland. The encounter with an adolescent prone to a suicidal attempt is a key moment. The authors develop the idea that this encounter can be used as a way to approach the question of suicidal intentions brought up by the adolescent. In view of this encounter the Crisis Unity (HUG – Fondation Children Action) for adolescents in Geneva is going to propose a mode of measure treatment. The prerequisits for help signals and the dispositives for answering them either in the presence of the adolescent or at a distance which are presently offered by the prevention wing of the Unity are discussed. The authors think that these different modalities cannot substitute each other, but that it is essential to conjugate them in order for an encounter to take place. |
