| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est de montrer comment la méthodologie projective se référant à la métapsychologie freudienne peut servir de réflexion à la clinique de l’inceste et plus particulièrement au refus d’engagement des sujets dans une aide thérapeutique malgré un investissement dans la vie associative auprès des victimes.Nous avons procédé à des entretiens de recherche et à une méthodologie projective auprès d’une patiente qui a présenté de bonnes capacités d’expression et de verbalisation de son vécu incestueux. Après une revue de la littérature, nous avons dégagé des indicateurs nous permettant de mieux repérer l’investissement ou au contraire l’impossibilité à investir une relation objectale de qualité.L’impossibilité de représentation de relation positive au Rorschach traduirait chez notre sujet les entraves à la constitution d’une alliance thérapeutique. La proximité jugée affolante avec l’autre engage la jeune femme à préférer un engagement associatif avec des victimes de pédocriminalité. Le détour par cette situation nous conduit à considérer nos mouvements contre-transférentiels afin de mieux accompagner ces sujets sans tomber dans la distance horrifiée ni dans l’écoute sympathique sans effets sur l’appropriation subjective du trauma. |

| Summary, etc. | Reading a clinical and projective approach on the refusal of an incest victim to engage in therapeutic treatmentThis article tempts to show how projective methodology referring to freudian metapsychology can be used to think about the clinical approach to incest, particularly the subject’s refusal to receive help from therapy while engaging nevertheless in associative work with victims.We proceeded by means of research interviews and a projective method with a patient who showed good capacities for expressing her experience of incest. After a review of the literature, we singled out indicators that enabled a better perception of the way to invest in an object relationship of quality or not.The impossibility for our patient to represent a positive relationship through the Rorschach test was the main impediment for the making of a therapeutic alliance. For her, the proximity with another single person rather that her was crazing and made her prefer associative engagements with victims of pedocriminality. This detour lead us to consider our countertransference so as to accompany these patients without becoming horrified and distant or simply hending a sympathetic ear which has no effect on the subjective appropriation of their trauma. |
