| Summary, etc. | L’intérêt pour les fonctions du cadre en psychanalyse est apparu tardivement, une dizaine d’années après la mort de Sigmund Freud. Après avoir rappelé les préconisations techniques essentielles de Freud quant au dispositif ( Verfahren), les auteurs définissent les principales fonctions du cadre (contenante, interdictrice, symboligène) telles qu’elles ont été dégagées notamment par Donald W. Winnicott, José Bleger, André Green et René Roussillon. Puis ils s’interrogent sur les enjeux cliniques des transgressions du cadre, en particulier dans le travail psychothérapique auprès des patients non névrotiques. Enfin, les auteurs proposent de questionner l’influence des références théoriques des cliniciens dans leur façon de considérer et de manier le cadre clinique, à partir d’une réflexion sur certains aspects théorico-pratiques du courant psychanalytique issu de l’enseignement de Jacques Lacan. |

After a reviewal of Freud’s recommendations essential to his setting ( Ferfahren), the authors define its main functions (containing, prohibiting, symbolizing) as they were developed by Donald W. Winnicott, José Bleger, André Green and René Roussillon. They then discuss the clinical implications of transgressions, especially when they appear among non-neurotic patients. Finally, the authors study the influence of theoretical references on clinicians’ use of the setting through theoretico-practical approaches derived from Jacques Lacan’s psychoanalytic teaching. |
