Summary, etc. |

Summary, etc. | Proposition of explanatory factors model of the QR code adoption in an emerging countryThe objective of this research is to understand the individual and perceptual factors that/which induce directly or indirectly consumers in emerging countries to intend to use the QR code. We adopted the TAM model developed by Davis (1989) to understand the prediction of the use and the acceptance of the QR code. Moreover we integrated two explanatory factors : first, the degree of adoption of the innovations by the consumer, second the perceived pleasure. The result of a survey which included 200 persons showed on the one hand that the consumer has a positive attitude towards the QR code on the other hand that the Tam model is solid, still relevant and that the two new factors that we have integrated into the model have an impact on the intention to use the QR code. |
