Summary, etc. | Cet article est une contribution à l’étude du management des coopétitions. La recherche s’inscrit dans une approche qualitative reposant sur l’étude du cas d’un regroupement de PME au sein d’un collectif, le GIE Chargeurs Pointe de Bretagne. L’analyse des observations s’appuie sur le cadre théorique de la Project-Based View et vise à mieux comprendre la façon dont les règles de coopétition structurent le management de ces formes organisationnelles. L’étude du cas montre que la phase dite expérimentale de la construction des règles du projet de coopétition, ne constitue pas nécessairement un processus apaisé et linéaire et que ce sont quatre types de règles qui structurent la coopétition aux différentes phases de sa construction. Il montre également que le principe de séparation, mis en évidence dans les travaux antérieurs sur la coopétition, se trouve quelque peu altéré lors du passage à sa mise en œuvre pratique. |

Summary, etc. | Rules for coopetition between SMEs: the case of GIE chargeurs pointe de BretagneThis article is a contribution to the study of the management of coopetitions. The qualitative approach of the research is based on the study of a gathering of SMEs within a group called GIE Chargeurs Pointe de Bretagne. The analysis draws on the Project-based view theoretical framework and aims at clarifying how coopetition rules structure the management of such organizational forms. The case study shows that the so-called experimental phase of construction of the rules of the coopetition, is not necessarily a linear and peaceful process, and that four types of rules are involved in the different phases of its construction. It also shows that the principle of separation, highlighted in previous work on coopetition, is somewhat altered when practically implemented. |
