| Summary, etc. | Invités à répondre à Marlène Coulomb-Gully (2008), nous proposons en tant que chercheurs latino-américains d’analyser le processus d’institutionnalisation qui concerne l’Argentine, aussi bien dans le champ des sciences de l’information et de la communication que dans celui des études de genre. Le fonctionnement des universités latino-américaines ayant trait à l’établissement de programmes de recherches et la place de ceux-ci dans l’élaboration de politiques publiques comportent des caractéristiques particulières. C’est pourquoi nous en retracerons ici les développements principaux afin de préciser le contexte dans lequel les intérêts académiques et politiques de la question se manifestent aujourd’hui en Argentine. |

| Summary, etc. | Invited in dialogue with Marlène Coulomb-Gully´s proposal, we would like to propose an analysis, from a Latin American perspective, of the processes of institutionalization of both sic and Gender Studies focusing on the specificities of research programs in Latin American universities and their importance in the elaboration of public policy. We would also like to review and analyse these developments in order to focus in the context in which academic and political interests are articulated in Argentina today. |
