| Summary, etc. | Les groupes à médiation musicothérapique sont fréquemment utilisés dans le cadre de la prise en charge des enfants autistes de par leur intérêt marqué pour l’objet sonore. Il convient alors de déterminer les caractéristiques spécifiques de cette médiation en tant que dispositif symbolisant référé à la théorie psychanalytique. Dans cette perspective, nous proposons dans ce travail de suivre pas à pas la trajectoire thérapeutique et l’évolution d’un enfant autiste, Harpocrate, au sein d’un dispositif de ce type durant une année. Il apparaît ainsi que les fonctions maternelle et paternelle sont complémentaires dans l’étayage du processus de symbolisation qui se déploie progressivement dans la rencontre avec le médium sonore et l’intersubjectivité. La trajectoire mise en scène par cet enfant aide alors à mieux saisir les facteurs symboligènes de la médiation sonore, lui permettant d’explorer son expérience interne, le conduisant progressivement à son entrée dans le langage. |

| Summary, etc. | Musicotherapy is frequently used with children suffering from autistic disorders given their strong interest in the sound object. We propose in this paper to study the features of this mediation from the point of view of psychoanalytical theory. In this perspective, we expose and analyse « step by step » the trajectory and the evolution of an autistic child, Harpocrate, in a musicotherapy setting during one year. It appears that the integration of maternal and paternal functions are complementary during the symbolization processes emerging from the encounter with sound and intersubjectivity. The evolution of this child helps to understand the symboligenic aspects of sound mediation allowing him to explore his inner experience and gradually bring him into the language. |
