La réflexion est étayée à travers une revue de la littérature, qui tend à montrer que l’évolution du transfert peut être plus intense et sa dynamique se trouve ainsi accéléré. Dans ce cas, nous pouvons assister à un acting out, sous forme d’interruption du suivi au moment de l’annonce de la grossesse de la thérapeute. Dans cet article est abordé également le point de vue de la thérapeute qui vit un événement de vie qui amène en soi un intense bouleversement émotionnel, ainsi que des implications contre-transférentielles liées au travail en institution. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on a follow-up experience of a young patient, the author explores the particularities of the transference-countertransference process when the therapist is pregnant. The reflection is based on a review of the literature, which tends to show that the evolution of transference can be more intense and the dynamics of psychotherapeutic process accelerated. In this case, an acting out may occur leading to an interruption of the psychotherapy at the time of the announcement of the therapist’s pregnancy. This article also discusses the point of view of the therapist who experiences a life event that brings an intense emotional upheaval as well as countertransference implications when working in an institution. |
