Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cette communication est de porter un éclairage sur le rôle du professionnel RH en conduite de la transformation digitale et l’approche permettant de réussir cette dernière au regard de la théorie de l’acteur réseau. Ensuite, à travers une étude de contextualisation, nous présenterons les premiers résultats pour relever les spécificités de notre recherche dans le contexte marocain, et ce par le biais d’une analyse qualitative qui cible à la fois des professionnel sRH et des responsables de la transformation, en vue de valider et enrichir notre cadre conceptuel. |
