Summary, etc. | L’objet de cet article est d’analyser la carrière entrepreneuriale des femmes entre le secteur formel et le secteur informel. Pour comprendre ces trajectoires, quatre propositions sont formulées autour de la carrière formelle, informelle, non formelle et non informelle. L’étude qualitative est basée sur des entretiens auprès de 29 femmes entrepreneures. Les résultats révèlent les comportements carriéristes de ces femmes : la stabilité dans le formel ; la stabilité dans l’informel ; la migration vers l’informel des femmes du secteur formel et la migration vers le formel des femmes de l’informel. Ils soulignent quatre trajectoires dans un continuum formel-informel et ouvrent la discussion sur des motivations entrepreneuriales autres que la nécessité et l’opportunité. |

Summary, etc. | The aim of this article is to analyze the female entrepreneurial career between the formal sector and the informal sector. To understand these trajectories, four propositions are formulated around the formal, informal, non-formal and non-informal career. The qualitative study is based on 29 women interviews. The results reveal four careerist behaviors : stability in the formal ; stability in the informal sector ; the migration from informal to formal and the migration from formal to informal. They help to understand that there are no two careers but four possible ones in a formal-informal continuum and open the discussion on entrepreneurial motivations other than necessity and opportunity. |
