| Summary, etc. | Cette contribution cherche à examiner les déterminants de la Motivation du Service Public (MSP) au Bénin. Pour y arriver, un échantillon de 215 agents de l’Administration centrale du ministère des Finances du Bénin a été constitué et interrogé. Les résultats obtenus à partir de l’analyse de régression non paramétrique et l’analyse statistique multidimensionnelle ont montré l’existence des liens positifs entre sécurité de l’emploi, l’absence d’évaluation factuelle, les conditions salariales et le choix du service public puis des liens négatifs entre la volonté de rendre service à autrui sans récompense tangible et cette Motivation du Service Public. |

| Summary, etc. | This contribution seeks to examine the determinants of the motivation of the public service (MSP) in Benin. To achieve this, a sample of 215 agents from the Central Administration of the Beninese Ministry of Finance was assembled and surveyed. The results obtained from the nonparametric regression analysis and the multidimensional statistical analysis showed the existence of positive links between job security, the absence of factual evaluation, salary conditions and the choice of public service then negative links between the desire to render service to others without tangible reward and this motivation of the public utility. |
