| Summary, etc. | Dans l’accompagnement des enfants et adolescents, la rencontre avec des configurations familiales aux limites de l’irreprésentable demande une approche spécifique et des prises en charge adaptées. Dans une filiation psychanalytique freudienne et post-freudienne, nous nous intéressons aux mouvements mélancoliques masqués derrière des agirs clastiques de l’adolescent, au travers de deux situations cliniques. La première concerne le vécu de l’enfant survivant d’une tentative d’infanticide, la seconde, un adolescent auteur de violences sexuelles intrafamiliales, permettant des développements autour du fantasme d’infanticide et de sa réalisation. La présentation de ces cliniques extrêmes (protection de l’enfance, suivi judiciaire des mineurs) nous permettra d’engager des réflexions sur les modalités d’accompagnement des enfants, pris dans de telles souffrances afin de dénouer des liens d’emprise familiaux. |

| Summary, etc. | When supporting children and adolescents, the encounter with family configurations at the limits of the unspeakable requires a specific approach and appropriate support. In a Freudian and post-Freudian psychoanalytical filiation, we are interested in the melancholy movements masked behind the adolescent’s clastic acts, through two clinical situations. The first concerns the experience of the child survivor of an attempted infanticide, and the second an adolescent perpetrator of intra-family sexual violence, allowing developments around the fantasy of infanticide and its realization. The presentation of these extreme clinics (child protection, legal follow-up of minors) will allow us to reflect on the kinds of support available for children caught in such suffering, in order to untie family bonds of control. |
