| Summary, etc. | L’arrivée massive des entreprises chinoises sur les divers marchés nationaux induit des risques historiquement inconnus, notamment depuis la nouvelle politique d’investissement du gouvernement chinois « l’Initiative Ceinture et la Route » (l’ICR). Les entreprises chinoises se préparent à renforcer leur compétitivité au sein de l’économie globale en s’appuyant sur ce nouveau contexte institutionnel qui favorise leur globalisation. Dans cet article, nous présentons les résultats de notre étude de cas portant sur l’entreprise « China Communications Construction Company », confrontée aux risques VUCA (Volatilité, Incertitude, Complexité et Ambiguïté) inhérents à la mise en place de l’ICR, et sa démarche proactive de défense de ses objectifs économiques. |

| Summary, etc. | The massive arrival of Chinese companies in the various national markets involves historically unknown risks, particularly since the Chinese government’s new investment policy, the Belt and Road Initiative (B&R). Chinese companies are preparing to reinforce their competitiveness in the global economy by relying on this new institutional context that promotes their globalization. In this article, we present the results of our case study of the China Communications Construction Company, faced with the VUCA risks (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) inherent in the implementation of the B&R, and its proactive approach to pursue its economic objectives. |
