| Summary, etc. | Cet article aborde la pornographie selon le point de vue de l’analyse du discours. Il s’intéresse à son vecteur aujourd’hui dominant, les vidéos sur les sites web. Après avoir mis en évidence les caractéristiques majeures des sites pornographiques et de la façon dont le langage y est utilisé, il se focalise sur l’un de ses genres, le « casting » d’acteurs amateurs. Celui-ci commence par l’entretien d’embauche de femmes (parfois des couples hétérosexuels) qui postulent pour tourner dans un film pornographique et s’achève par une performance sexuelle. L’article étudie le fonctionnement de ce genre en analysant deux extraits vidéo tirés de la série populaire « Les castings de Philippe Lhermite ». Ainsi peut-on observer comment l’interaction est conduite par le recruteur de façon à permettre au dispositif pornographique de s’autolégitimer. |

| Summary, etc. | This article tackles pornography from the viewpoint of discourse analysis. It focuses on its main vector today: videos on websites. Firstly it stresses the main characteristics of porn websites and of the way they use language. Secondly it sharpens its focus on one of their genres, casting videos of amateur actors. These videos start with a job interview of women (sometimes heterosexual couples) who apply to play in porn movies, and end with a sex performance. The article studies the functioning of this porn genre by analyzing two video excerpts from the popular French series “The Castings of Philippe Lhermite”. It can be observed how the interaction is managed by the recruiter in order to allow the pornographic device to legitimate itself. |
