| Summary, etc. | Dans cet article nous analysons les reconfigurations produites dans le champ scientifique public par la politique universitaire mise en place par la dernière dictature militaire en Argentine. Les institutions qui faisaient partie de cet espace ont connu des processus opposés. Les Universités nationales ont été soumises à un processus de repli important, le Conseil National de Recherches Scientifiques et Technologiques (CONICET) a traversé une phase d’expansion, de croissance et de décentralisation. Le résultat a été un profond éloignement des deux institutions et la création d’une nouvelle structure scientifique basée sur l’existence d’instituts de recherche dont nous essaierons d’expliquer la dynamique et leurs rapports. |

| Summary, etc. | Research InstitutesIn this article we analyze the reconfigurations occurred in the scientific field as a result of scientific and university policy implemented by the military dictatorship in Argentina. Overall, the institutions that populated this space were submitted to conflicting processes. While the national universities were subjected to a process of deep retraction, the National Council for Scientific and Technological Research – CONICET - went through a period of great expansion, growth and decentralization. The result was a deep rift in the links between the two institutions and the creation of a new structure based on scientific research institutes, whose dynamics and relationships we will try to understand. |

| Summary, etc. | En este artículo nos proponemos analizar las reconfiguraciones ocurridas en el campo científico público como resultado de la política científico-universitaria implementada por la última dictadura militar en Argentina. En términos generales, las instituciones que conformaban este espacio atravesaron por procesos contrapuestos. Mientras las Universidades Nacionales se vieron sometidas a un proceso de profunda retracción, el Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Tecnológicas –en adelante, CONICET– atravesó una etapa de gran expansión, crecimiento y descentralización. El resultado fue un profundo distanciamiento de los lazos existentes entre ambas instituciones y la conformación de una nueva estructura científica basada en la existencia de institutos de investigación, cuya dinámica y relaciones intentaremos comprender. |
