Il montre comment chacune « s’approprie » les compétences individuelles de ses chefs de projet, puis s’en sert pour prescrire leur travail. Mais l’article montre aussi que ce « transfert » de leurs compétences (vers l’organisation) améliore leur aptitude à gérer des projets et que le partage de leurs bonnes pratiques avec leurs collègues, en renforçant leur réputation, peut leur permettre d’obtenir de l’avancement dans leurs carrières. |
