Summary, etc. | En Suisse, malgré l’affermissement des politiques d’égalité en matière d’éducation, la répartition des élèves dans des filières socialement hiérarchisées est toujours d’actualité. Aux fins de pratiques éducatives plus égalitaires, la Toile de l’égalité a été créée à partir de la pédagogie critique féministe à destination des futur-es enseignant-es, comme un instrument d’analyse des discriminations produites en classe par l’imbrication des rapports sociaux, activés à l’intérieur de l’espace du genre. La base empirique de cet article est constituée de situations d’enseignement révélant des inégalités, et rapportées dans une évaluation par des enseignant-es en formation. Il leur a été demandé d’y apporter des solutions pédagogiques à l’appui des principes de la Toile, sans passer par une déconstruction des stéréotypes. Utilisée comme un outil d’analyse et d’intervention, la Toile s’avère un instrument de dévolution à l’attention des futur-es enseignant-es, puis de leurs élèves. |

Summary, etc. | In Switzerland, despite the strengthening of equality policies in education, the division of students into socially hierarchized streams is still a reality. Based on a critical feminist pedagogy framework, the Equality Web was created for future teachers as a tool for analyzing the discriminations produced in class through the interweaving of social relations within the concept space of gender, with a view to promoting more egalitarian educational practices. The empirical basis of this article consists of some teaching situations revealing inequalities, reported in an evaluation by trainee teachers. To solve the situations, they were asked to provide pedagogical responses based on the principles of the Equality Web, without needing to deconstruct the stereotypes. Used as a tool for analysis and intervention, the Web is proving to be an instrument of devolution for future teachers, and then for their students. |
