| Summary, etc. | Dans cet article, il s’agit de reprendre ce qu’il en est d’une définition de la dépression au sens psychanalytique : à la fois arrêt critique dans un état pathologique, position psychique et relance du travail psychique. À partir de la notion de désespoir chez Kierkegaard, de l’ambiguë dépressivité, entre mélancolie et hystérie, d’Emma Bovary et de la question du travail de deuil chez Freud, sera évoquée la question de l’anesthésie conservatoire de l’objet dans l’état déprimé d’après Fédida. Une courte vignette clinique et une plus longue illustreront la perte du fantasme et le dégagement du marasme dépressif chez une patiente endeuillée de longue date par une perte traumatique. |

| Summary, etc. | In this article, we propose a revision of the definition of depression from a psychoanalytical point of view : breakdown in a pathological state, psychic position and working in progress of the psychism. Based on the notion of Kierkegaard’s despair, to the ambiguous tendancy for depression, among melancholy and hysteria, about Emma Bovary and the process of mourning in Freud theory, the question of conservating anestesia of the object will be approach in depressive breackdown as Fédida’s modelization. A brief clinical presentation and a longuest one, illustrating the fantasmatic loss and the liberation of a depressive marasm about a mourning work woman for a long time by a traumatic loss. |
