| Summary, etc. | À partir du Service de santé mentale « Ulysse », dédié à la prise en charge de personnes exilées en précarité du droit au séjour et en souffrance psychologique, une équipe de cliniciens aménage un nouvel espace ouvert aux enfants entre 0 et 4 ans accompagné d’un parent. Cet espace qui fait « lieu », inspiré par le modèle des maisons ouvertes de Françoise Dolto, propose de donner une voix à l’enfant porteur d’un message dans des échanges où la mère n’a pas toujours la possibilité de l’entendre. Il cherche également à repérer les modalités des échanges entre enfants et parents, souligner les processus répétitifs désorganisateurs du lien et réfléchir à d’autres modalités. La Boîte à Tartines est aussi un espace utilisé par chacun d’une manière singulière ; pour y jouer librement, parler avec d’autres parents, s’y reposer et souffler un moment,… À travers quelques vignettes cliniques, les auteurs interrogent les avatars de la relation parents-enfants, à travers trois dimensions fondamentales : l’entrée dans le langage, la transmission et la filiation, le lien et la séparation. |

| Summary, etc. | As part of the mental health service « Ulysse », dedicated to providing psychological assistance to people in exile whose legal status in Belgium remains uncertain, a small team of clinicians has set up a new therapeutic project, « La Boîte à Tartines », open to children aged 0 to 4 accompanied by a parent. Inspired by Françoise Dolto’s model of « maisons ouvertes » (open houses), its aim is to provide a non-structured, transitional space, in which the child’s message to the parent can be heard. This open setting is centred on the free interactions between children and their adults, thereby shedding a light on the repetitive processes that underpin their relationship, and possible new outcomes. « La Boîte à Tartines » is a space, moreover, that each person can invest in their own, singular way : to play freely, to chat with other parents, or simply as a welcome interlude in everyday life. Through several case studies, the authors examine three key aspects of the parent-child relationship : early language acquisition, transmission and filiation, and attachment and separation. |
