| Summary, etc. | L’objet de ce papier est de déterminer les variables de franchise internationale qui peuvent influencer leur compétitivité. Cette étude s’appuie sur une enquête par questionnaire menée auprès de 40 franchises Internationales observées de 2005 à 2008. A partir d’une régression logistique, il est apparu au travers d’une analyse empirique que l’assistance technique (Bercovitz, 1999), le taux de royalties, les employés affectés pour la vente des produits de la franchise (Norton, 1988) ainsi que l’accès au marché par le partenaire local (Stopford et Wells, 1972 ; Beamish, 1985 ; Janger, 1980 ; Tomlinson, 1970 ; Reynolds, 1979 ; et AlidouOuédrago, 2003).se présentent comme des variables qui sont de nature à influencer la compétitivité des franchises internationales. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this paper aimed at determining variables of international franchise that may influence their competitiveness. The study lies on survey with a questionnaire led towards 40 international franchises observed from 2005 to 2008. Following a logistics regression, it appears through the empirical analysis that the technical assistance (Bercovitz, 1999), the rate of royalties, the employees appointed to selling of products of the franchise (Norton, 1988) as well as the access to the market by local partners (Stopford et Wells, 1972 ; Beamish, 1985 ; Janger, 1980 ; Tomlinson, 1970 ; Reynolds, 1979 ; et AlidouOuédrago, 2003) presented as variables that are likely to influence to competitiveness of international franchises. |
