| Summary, etc. | L’Eglise Evangélique du Congo est une Eglise de confession protestante. Devenue automne, elle fonctionne avec un personnel dont le recrutement s’avère problématique au regard des comportements affichés par les pasteurs ou les évangélistes. Pour les travailleurs la question générale de la motivation devient cruciale à côté de celle qui revêt un caractère spécifique, la vocation. Dès lors que l’efficacité de l’Eglise, en tant qu’institution sans but lucratif contribuant à l’amélioration des conditions de vie des populations, devient une préoccupation, l’étude propose une analyse relative à la sociologie des organisations avec des solutions permettant de corriger les faiblesses de l’Eglise-institution. |

| Summary, etc. | Eglise Evangélique du Congo is a church of the protestant confession. Presented under its monotonous facet, the EEC operates with a misconduct staff regarding to their ethic and morale shown by the pastor or the evangelist. To the overall staff the motivation issue is critical besides that, of, a specific consideration, the vocation or calling. Consequently, the church efficiency as nonprofit institution that contributes to the bettering of the populations living conditions, becomes a main concern, the study provides a sociological analysis of the issues related to its administration, in doing the study brings up a set of solutions to cope with the underlying threats for this church institution. |
