| Summary, etc. | L’histoire dévoile que le management est lié à la société et à son évolution (Robbins et al., 2011), il devient logique qu’avec l’institutionnalisation du développement durable, l’entreprise socialement responsable ne peut plus limiter ses actions aux seules finalités de satisfaction des clients et de maximisation du profit mais doit les inscrire aussi dans la durabilité en préservant son environnement et en répondant aux attentes de ses parties prenantes (steackholders) internes et externes. L’intérêt de cet article est d’essayer d’apporter des éléments de réponse aux deux questions suivantes : quel lien peut-on établir entre le développement durable et le management ? Pour quelle performance ? Puis, d’analyser si six (6) grandes entreprises industrielles marocaines, intègrent le développement durable au niveau de leur management et si elles sont à la recherche d’une performance globale. |

| Summary, etc. | If history reveals that management is related to the company and its development (Robbins et al., 2011), it makes sense that the company no longer limit its actions to the sole purposes of customer satisfaction and profit maximization but must also enroll in sustainability preserving the environment and meeting the expectations of its internal and external stakeholders (steackholders). The value of this contribution is to try to provide some answers to these two questions (what link can be established between the sustainable development and management? And for which performance? And then analyze whether six moroccan companies listed integrate sustainable development in their management and if they are looking for global performance. |
