| Summary, etc. | L’environnement de l’entreprise est caractérisé par l’instabilité, la complexité et la crise permanentes. Ce qui implique, d’une part, que les managers s’adaptent pour conserver leur leadership, par les outils de gestion et la culture du changement et d’autre part, que le management stratégique est une plate-forme vers laquelle converge le développement des entreprises. Il permet, d’abord, de cerner les dysfonctionnements et les atouts des entreprises afin d’expliquer leurs comportements passés et d’orienter leurs actions futures dans le cadre des plans stratégiques de développement. Ensuite, il donne la possibilité de situer l’homme au centre du développement, de stimuler sa capacité de production dans le dessein de lui permettre de s’imprégner des enjeux de flexibilité et de réactivité auxquels sont soumises toutes les entreprises. Enfin, il donne le pouvoir de considérer les intérêts des acteurs économiques, de les intégrer et de les canaliser de sorte à libérer toutes les énergies humaines, seules sources de richesse et de créativité. Cette recherche vise à analyser la stratégie de spécialisation au sein des petites et moyennes entreprises de gardiennage au Congo Brazzaville. Pour être concis, ce travail tente de cerner les avantages et les limites de la spécialisation et propose des orientations stratégiques à la société GPS sécurité.S’appuyant sur le processus de management stratégique, cette étude essaie de répondre à une série de questions : quel processus est-il mis en œuvre dans l’élaboration de la spécialisation au sein de GPS sécurité ? Comment sont appliquées les orientations stratégiques de la spécialisation dans la société GPS sécurité ? Quelles sont les retombées de la spécialisation au sein de GPS sécurité en période de crise ?Ainsi, est réalisé un diagnostic de la société GPS sécurité, est menée une étude documentaire, sont effectués des entretiens permettant de déceler les avantages et les limites de la spécialisation au sein d’une PME, et sont proposés des orientations stratégiques capables de soutenir le positionnement d’une société en période de crise économique. |

| Summary, etc. | The business environment is characterized by instability, complexity and ongoing crisis. This implies, on the one hand, that managers adapt to retain their leadership through management tools and a culture of change ; on the other hand, that strategic management is a platform on which the development of companies converges. First, it helps to identify the dysfunctions and the assets of the companies in order to explain their past behaviors and to guide their future actions within the framework of the strategic development plans. Secondly, it gives the opportunity to situate man at the center of development, to stimulate his production capacity with the aim of enabling him to absorb the stakes of flexibility and reactivity to which all companies are subjected. Finally, it gives the power to consider the interests of economic actors, to integrate them and to channel them so as to free all human energies, the only sources of wealth and creativity. This research aims to analyze the strategy of specialization in small and medium-sized enterprises of guarding in Congo Brazzaville. To be concise, this work tries to identify the advantages and limitations of the specialization and proposes strategic orientations likely to reinforce this strategy within the company GPS security.Based on the strategic management process, this study tries to answer a series of questions : What process is implemented in the development of specialization within GPS security ? How are the strategic orientations of specialization applied in the company GPS safety ? What are the benefits of specialization within GPS security in times of crisis ?In this way, a diagnosis of the GPS safety company is carried out, a documentary study is carried out, interviews to detect the advantages and limitations of specialization within an SME are carried out and strategic orientations able to support the positioning of a " a society in times of economic crisis are proposed. |
