Dans la littérature du management, la question du rôle est abondamment développée car elle est au cœur de l’efficacité du "top-management" qui se distingue par le style de commandement. L’étude du rôle des dirigeants des entreprises de service à Brazzaville a permis d’identifier les caractéristiques de ces dirigeants et de déceler, par rapport, aux modèles de profils connus, à travers le diagnostic interne utilisé, les faiblesses que présentent ces dirigeants. |

| Summary, etc. | The role of a company manager has become a key factor for the success of a modern enterprise. In management literature, the issue related to such a role is widely developed, as the latter is the cornerstone of top management efficiency which is characterized by the ruling style. The study of the role assigned to managers of servicing enterprises operating in Brazzaville made it possible to identify the main features of such managers, and highlight – in line with know models of profiles through the internal diagnosis used – weaknesses noticed at the level of those managers. |
