Summary, etc. | Cet article a pour objet d’illustrer comment l’échec des rapports sains avec la banque dans la zone CEMAC conduit à l’insuffisance de financement relationnel des entreprises. Les principales raisons de cette insuffisance d’octroi de crédit malgré la relation de long terme sont, non seulement l’opportunisme de la banque mais aussi celui de l’entreprise et surtout son incapacité de négociation, selon une analyse des données collectées dans les rapports COBAC et celles qui ont été obtenues par questionnaire auprès des banques camerounaises. Face à cette situation, la réflexion proposée incite les deux parties à établir une véritable relation sociale efficace basée sur la confiance mutuelle et encourage l’entreprise à développer au mieux son expérience d’interaction, gage d’amélioration de sa capacité de négociation. |

Summary, etc. | This article aims to illustrate how the failure of healthy relationships with the bank in the CEMAC zone leads to the lack of relational financing of companies. The main reasons for this insufficiency in the granting of credit despite the long-term relationship are not only the opportunism of the bank but also that of the company and above all its inability to negotiate, according to an analysis of the data collected in the reports COBAC and those obtained by questionnaire from Cameroonian banks. Faced with this situation, the proposed reflection encourages the two parties to establish a genuinely effective social relationship based on mutual trust and encourages the company to develop its interaction experience to the best of its ability, guaranteeing the improvement of its negotiating capacity. |
