Summary, etc. L’objectif de notre article est d’examiner l’attractivité territoriale du Maroc pour les FMN où seront mis en évidence les effets des différences culturelles sur le choix du site d’implantation des FMN au Maroc. En se basant sur une approche par les pratiques de management interculturel, comment la culture managériale influe sur le choix du site d’implantation des FMN et sur l’attractivité des régions au Maroc ? Cet article se propose, à travers l’analyse de cas d’IDE (investissements directs étrangers) français implantés au Maroc et d’une enquête auprès d’une trentaine de managers d’identifier le degré de compatibilité entre les cultures managériales de la filiale française implantée et du site d’implantation choisi. Le FIT/MISFIT interculturel dépend de la performance au travail sur le site d’implantation qui est liée à l’adaptation interculturelle entre la culture managériale de la FMN et celle du site d’implantation.

Summary, etc. The objective of our article is to examine the territorial attractiveness of Morocco for MNFs where the effects of cultural differences on the choice of the site of FMN in Morocco will be highlighted. Based on an approach based on intercultural management practices, how does the managerial culture influence the choice of the location of FMN and the attractiveness of the regions in Morocco? This article proposes, through the analysis of cases of French FDI established in Morocco and a survey of thirty managers to identify the degree of compatibility between the managerial cultures of the French subsidiary located and the chosen site of establishment. Intercultural fit/misfit depends on the performance at work on the site of implantation which is linked to the intercultural adaptation between the managerial culture of the FMN and that of the site of implantation.
