| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente le cas de l’entreprise solidaire d’utilité sociale ReSanté-Vous et a pour objectif de démontrer les mécanismes d’innovation sociale qu’elle met en œuvre. Dans un contexte de vieillissement de la population, l’entreprise met à disposition une équipe pluridisciplinaire de professionnels du champ de l’aide et de l’action sociale au service de l’accompagnement des personnes âgées à domicile et hébergées en établissements. Animée d’une ambition sociétale, elle emploie des méthodes basées sur les thérapies non médicamenteuses dans le but d’innover en permanence dans le sens d’un accompagnement plus humain des ainés. Cette politique d’innovation sociale influence son business model au regard des ressources ordinaires qu’elle mobilise et qu’elle fait évoluer en ressources stratégiques, notamment par le biais d’un programme de recherche associant l’ensemble des salariés. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper presents the case of social solidarity company called ReSanté-Vous and aims to demonstrate the mechanisms of social innovation that it implements. In a context of aging population, the company provides a multidisciplinary team of professionals from the field of aid and social action to support elderly home-based and housed in institutions. Driven by a societal ambition, it uses methods based on non-drug therapies with the aim of constantly innovating in the direction of a more human caring of seniors. This social innovation policy influences its business model with regard to the ordinary resources it mobilizes and that it evolves into strategic resources, notably through a research program involving all employees. |
