Si les bénéfices de la technologie blockchain sont souvent rapportés, ses effets contraignants restent largement moins explorés. A travers l’opérationnalisation de la grille d’analyse de Hald et Kinra (2019), cet article pose la question des effets facilitants et contraignants de la technologie blockchain sur la performance de la supply chain. Le cas Labeyrie est ensuite présenté, se concentrant sur le déploiement d’une technologie blockchain en soutien à une démarche qualité et sourcing responsable. |

| Summary, etc. | The academic literature presents blockchain as a technology with the potential to disrupt work practices and operational processes in supply chain. While the benefits of blockchain technology are often reported, its constraining effects remain underestimated. From the operationalization of Hald and Kinra’s framework (2019), this article questions the enabling and constraining effects of blockchain technology on supply chain performance. The Labeyrie case study is then described, focusing on a blockchain deployment in support of a quality and sourcing accountability approach. |
