| Summary, etc. | L’article 22 du règlement no 650/2012 permet à un ressortissant d’un État tiers de choisir la loi de cet État tiers comme loi régissant l’ensemble de sa succession. Toutefois, en présence d’un accord bilatéral conclu avant l’adoption de ce règlement entre un État membre et un État tiers désignant la loi applicable en matière de succession et ne prévoyant pas expressément la possibilité d’en choisir une autre, le ressortissant d’un État tiers, résidant dans l’État membre lié par cet accord bilatéral, ne dispose pas de la faculté de choisir la loi applicable à sa succession. |
