La transmission des exploitations agricoles est donc un enjeu important. Néanmoins, l’installation est complexe. Elle ne s’inscrit plus désormais dans un processus de transmission-installation dans un cadre familial vers un fils désigné, et de nombreux facteurs jouent très fortement, comme la démographie, l’état du marché du travail et les politiques sociales. Un accompagnement multidimensionnel est donc nécessaire pour favoriser les transmissions agricoles. |

Nevertheless, farmer’s setting up is a complex process. It is not always within the family, toward a designated son, and many drivers play very strongly such as demography, the state of the labor market and social policies. Multidimensional support is therefore necessary to foster farm transfers. |
