| Summary, etc. | RésuméUn ensemble de fragments d’éléments architecturaux a été découvert dans une maison de ville ( domus) dans l’antique Samarobriva. Ce matériel avait vocation à être remployé car sa destination devait être le four à chaux à proximité duquel on l’a retrouvé. Ces 250 éléments architecturaux divers ont révélé une singularité. En effet, nombre d’entre eux comportaient des traces de graffiti en tout genre : dessins géométriques, animaliers, chiffres, noms, abécédaire et exercices d’écriture. |

| Summary, etc. | Graffiti on Architectural Elements in Samarobriva (Amiens)A set of fragments of architectural elements was discovered in a town house ( domus) in antique Samarobriva. This material was due to be re-employed as its destination was to be the lime kiln near which it was collected. The 250 various architectural elements displayed a peculiarity. Indeed a number of them featured traces of all kinds of graffiti : geometrical patterns, drawings of animals, figures, names, alphabet primer and writing exercises. |
