| Summary, etc. | La mixité somato-psychique se retrouve fréquemment dans la nature des problématiques des jeunes passant la porte de La Maison des adolescents de Strasbourg. Les adolescents diabétiques et obèses ont d’emblée représenté une part substantielle de la population accueillie pour une souffrance morale liée à une maladie chronique.Un atelier de groupe peut être proposé en complément des entretiens habituels (individuels ou avec les parents). Mais son acceptation est délicate pour ces adolescents qui craignent le regard de l’autre. C’est pourquoi le public accueilli au sein de ce groupe devait se sentir en confiance et uni autour d’un aspect ni physique (stigmatisant) ni causal (culpabilisant). Cela a été possible en recentrant le groupe thérapeutique sur le corps, objet de souffrance qui s’impose et s’oppose à la narrativité.De cette réflexion sont nés deux ateliers, d’une part un atelier vidéo « Silence, elles tournent » et d’autre part un atelier d’inspiration sociodramatique « Jeux d’rôle ».« Silence, elles tournent » se compose d’un groupe ouvert de six jeunes filles maximum et de trois professionnels.Notre propos discutera de l’expérience de ces ateliers de groupe à la mda de Strasbourg et en pointera les limites. Nous montrerons comment en recréant un espace transitionnel de jeu, dans le sens du play winnicotien, le faire semblant créatif de ces dispositifs permet une remise en route du processus adolescent. |

| Summary, etc. | We often find a body-soul mix in the issues that teenagers adress at the Strasbourg Teenagers House. Obeses and diabetics are the main part of this population with mental distress in link with chronic illness.Groupal workshops could be suggested to complete usual interviews, however these teenagers are frighted to expose themselve to public glance. That’s why the public welcomed in these groups have to feel in confidence and united around an aspect, neither physical (stigmatizing), neither causal (feeling guilty). That has been possible by focusing the groupal workshop on the body, object of suffering, which impose and stand against the narrative process.After this consideration, two workshops have been created : a video one (« Silence, they make a movie ») and one inspired by sociodrama (« Role [funny] play »).The video workshop is an open group with 6 girls maximum and 3 professionnals. The goal is to create short lasting films where each girl expose an idea, a feeling. The first step of writing and the viewing are done on a collaborative way, with major groupal aspects.The « role play » is an open group of 8 teenagers and two therapists. Imaginative scenes suggested by the teenagers are played and lead in particular to express feelings. An interpretation of the groupal stakes is done at the end.We will discuss the experience of these groupal workshop at the Strasbourg Teenagers House, and their limits. We will show how, by recreating a playing transitionnal space (as described by D.W. Winnicott), the creative make-believe of these care facilities permits to restart the adolescent process. |
