| Summary, etc. | L’association Jean Cotxet a créé plusieurs institutions à caractère social plus spécialement vouées à l’accueil d’adolescents difficiles, c’est-à-dire présentant des troubles psychiques à expression comportementale forte. Les auteurs décrivent une perspective globale de compréhension des troubles, en lien notamment avec la dimension de fragilité des assises narcissiques que présentent très souvent ces adolescents qui mettent les institutions en difficulté, et les poussent nécessairement à interroger leurs pratiques habituelles. |
