| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa Maison des adolescents des Hautes-Alpes fonctionne depuis 2011. Elle développe, au-delà de l’accueil, de l’écoute et de l’accompagnement aux soins des adolescents et de leurs familles, des actions de prévention à médiation artistique. À l’occasion des 8e journées nationales des Maisons des adolescents, elle est sollicitée pour un article ayant pour thème « Grandir avec la culture ». Ce thème est ici abordé sous trois angles majeurs : culture et processus d’adolescence, adolescents porteurs d’une « culture jeunes », adolescents immigrants ou adoptés porteurs d’une « culture d’origine », et avec la vision de la culture comme un outil d’aide à la compréhension de monde et à l’ouverture vers les autres. |

| Summary, etc. | La Maison des adolescents des Hautes-Alpes (The Hautes-Alpes Young People’s Centre) has been operating since 2011. More than just a place for youth to spend time, this centre develops programmes that deal with the needs of young people and their families, from prevention actions to artistic mediation. On the occasion of the 8th annual « National Youth Centre Day », the centre was asked to write an article on the theme « Growing up with Culture ». The theme here is addressed from three main angles : culture and the adolescent process, adolescents’ own « youth culture » and, adopted or immigrant youth with a different culture of origin and with the vision of a common culture as a support tool for understanding the world and being open to others. |
