| Summary, etc. | Cet article traite de la persistance d’une multifonctionnalité spécifique aux exploitations agricoles russes. Elle se traduit par le choix de certaines d’entre elles de fournir, gérer et financer des biens et services collectifs non marchands. À partir d’une étude de terrain menée dans la région d’Orel (Fédération de Russie), nous expliquons cette multifonctionnalité comme l’expression d’une stratégie issue d’un compromis institutionnalisé, portée par des agro-investisseurs-intégrateurs. Face à la concurrence d’autres acteurs de l’agroalimentaire, elle vise à obtenir des autorités publiques une régulation sectorielle et territoriale favorable. |

| Summary, etc. | The multifunctionality of Russian farms still exists. It is related to the choice by farms to supply, manage and finance collective goods and services outside the marketplace. Information gleaned from interviews carried out in the Orel region (Russian Federation) is used to explain this multifunctionality as a strategy that, pursued by new operators (agriholding companies), has come out of an institutionalized compromise. To cope with competition from food-processing companies, this strategy seeks to obtain from public authorities favorable regulations about the industry and territory. |
