L’on se concentre en particulier sur le comportement des candidats aux élections sur la base de l’interprétation ou même la modification de cette législation en fonction de leurs propres intérêts politiques. Ainsi, malgré une base formelle relativement uniforme, les leaders politiques moldaves ont souvent contourné le sens démocratique de la norme électorale, guidés par leur objectif d’arriver au pouvoir ou de garder une position de gouvernement. |
