| Summary, etc. | En 1907, le sénateur Boudenoot donne au musée de Saint-Omer quarante-huit lampes à huile qu’il avait rapportées six ans plus tôt d’un voyage d’étude en Tunisie. Pourvues du même numéro d’inventaire, elles sont pour la plupart conservées dans les réserves du musée Sandelin, quelques-unes ayant disparu. Cet article porte sur les trente-six lampes à huile romaines inédites, couvrant l’ensemble de l’époque impériale du ier au ve s. |

| Summary, etc. | In 1907 the French Senator Boudenoot gave the Museum of Saint-Omer forty-eight ancient oil lamps that he had brought back to France six years earlier from a study trip to Tunisia. Provided with the same inventory number, they are mostly kept in the reserve collection of the Sandelin Museum, some having disappeared. This paper deals with thirty-six previously unpublished Roman oil lamps, covering the whole period of the empire from the 1st to the 5th century. |
