| Summary, etc. | L’article s’intéresse à deux projets de musées récents consacrés à l’histoire des Allemands des pays tchèques : le Collegium Bohemicum à Ústí nad Labem (Bohême du Nord), et le musée allemand des Sudètes à Munich (Bavière). Les deux projets sont le fruit d’une initiative politique, et ils reflètent tous deux, dans sa forme spécifique, la culture mémorielle des porteurs du discours historique – la majorité de la société tchèque, ainsi que les deuxième et troisième génération d’Allemands des Sudètes expulsés. Les notions clés pour les visiteurs du musée d’Ústí sont l’« absence » des Allemands et la « restitution » ou « réalisation » de leur histoire et de leur patrimoine culturel. À Munich, ce n’est pas la simple présentation des Allemands des Sudètes qui est mise en avant, mais plutôt les notions clés de la « perte » et de l’« absence » d’une patrie et les questions d’identité qui y sont liées. Dans cette mesure, les deux concepts de musée semblent être à la fois relativement conservateurs et similaires dans leur structure. |

| Summary, etc. | The article deals with the two currently planned museum projects concerning the history of German inhabitants in the Czech lands: the Collegium Bohemicum in Ústí nad Labem (Northern Bohemia), and the Sudeten German Museum in Munich (Bavaria). In both cases, a political mandate stands in the background, both projects reflect the specific forms of culture of remembrance of the bearers of historical discourse: the majority of Czech society and the second and third generation of expelled Sudeten Germans. Key concepts for the visitors to the museum in Ústí are those of the “absence” of the Germans, and the “restitution” or “realization” of their history and cultural heritage. In Munich, the simple presentation of the Sudeten Germans is not what stands at the fore, but rather the key concepts of “loss” and “absence” of a homeland and the connected questions of identity. To this extent, both of the museum concepts appear to be relatively conservative and structurally similar. |
