Or, cela n’a pas de fondement juridique d’autant plus que les pays octroyant des armements à Kiev ont dès le début bien signifié qu’il n’y aurait pas d’engagement de troupes en soutien du pays agressé. Cela met cependant le droit international à l’épreuve au regard de cette guerre. |

There is no legal basis for this, especially since those countries offering arms to Kyiv made quite clear from the outset that there would be no troops committed in support of the country suffering aggression. This aspect of the war nevertheless represents a test of international law. |
