Plus précisément, nous nous intéressons à la manière dont un dispositif de formation peut constituer l’opportunité d’identifier, de soutenir et de développer les compétences que les professionnelles mobilisent dans les interactions avec les parents. Nous nous intéressons également aux apports d’une telle démarche et à sa contribution aux processus de professionnalisation du métier d’éducatrice de l’enfance. |
