À partir de l’exemple des recherches récentes sur le crime des sœurs Papin (Gourmel, 2000), et du doute qui se dégage sur les faits et le diagnostic, nous nous demanderons quelle est la vérité d’un crime ? La recherche en psychanalyse à l’Université est-elle un crime ? Où est la vérité ? Psychiatrie et psychanalyse retiennent des sœurs Papin, un cas d’école de délire à deux. Le Dr Logre pensait que la forme était induite par l’aînée, Jacques Lacan l’introduit en 1933 sous une forme simultanée, et 50 ans plus tard Jean Allouch, Erik Porge, Mayette Viltard y voient une double forme, induite par Christine chez Léa, et simultanée entre Clémence Derré et Christine. L’apport persécutif du délire à deux peut aussi tenir à la cadette, réplique de sa mère, plutôt qu’à une forme paranoïde de schizophrénie chez l’aînée. Que s’est-il passé dans le crime des sœurs Papin ? Un passage à l’acte dans une psychopathologie ou alors le tragique d’une vérité qui nous échappe ? Raison de plus de faire de la recherche en psychanalyse à l’Université et s’y employer avec doute et méthode. |

| Summary, etc. | Does psychoanalytical research at University aspire to truth ? Basing our ideas on recent research into the crimes of the Papin sisters (Gourmel, 2000), and the doubt that subsists on the facts and the diagnosis of their crimes, we shall ask : what is the truth of a crime ? Is psychoanalytical research at University a crime ? Where is the truth ? Psychiatry and psychoanalysis consider that the Papin sisters presented a perfect case of dual delirium. Dr Logre thought that this form of delirium was induced by the elder sister. Jacques Lacan introduced the idea in 1933 that it was a simultaneous form, and 50 years later, Jean Allouch, Erik Porge, Mayette Viltard saw it as a double form induced in Lea by Christine, and simultaneously between Clemence Derré and Christine. The persecution elements of the dual delirium could also be dependent on the younger sister, as a double of her mother, instead of a paranoid form of schizophrenia in the elder sister. What actually happened in the murder committed by the Papin sisters ? Was it an enactment as part of a psychopathology, or the tragedy of the truth that escapes us ? This is yet another reason for carrying out psychoanalytical research at the university level but with both real room for doubt and rigorous method. |
