Elle permet de jauger le niveau de transformation de l’entreprise grâce au développement de (nouvelles) pratiques RSE pour la définition d’un outil de pilotage de la performance globale.Dans cet article, nous étudions le changement organisationnel d’une banque sénégalaise. Une étude qualitative a permis de proposer un premier outil de pilotage de la performance globale. |
